Late Summer 2024 - File conditional Use Permit with Chesterfield County for the proposed Orchard Switching Station
October 11, 2024 - Filed application with the SCC. Please see Legal Page for more information
Spring 2025 - Anticipated SCC ruling
2025 - Permitting, finalize engineering, pre-construction outreach
2025 - Construction to begin (will be completed in phases)
Late 2028 - Construction complete, restoration begins
