To support growing energy demands in Spotsylvania County, Dominion Energy is proposing a new substation and double circuit 230 kV Electric Transmission Line to connect the new substation to our existing electric transmission grid.
This new infrastructure will allow us to meet the growing energy needs, continue reliable electric service, and maintain compliance with federal reliability standards.
