Your Dominion Energy bill has been redesigned to reflect feedback we heard from customers like you. From new features to a new way to pay, here's how your new bill works harder for you:
The new layout makes important information easier to find.
Colorful graphs break down your energy use.
A QR code offers a quick, easy payment option.
While new features have been added, most bills will still be one page – a convenience many customers told us they prefer.
A usage history graph offers more information about recent energy use and includes relevant details like average temperatures for each month.
For customers on certain plans who have been with Dominion Energy for at least 12 months, an additional graph compares recent energy use to the same time last year, helping you understand how your energy use might have changed over time.
Customers told us that our bill could better meet their needs, so we committed to redesigning it. The changes are based on customer feedback.
The new bill design will begin rolling out starting October 7. Depending on your billing cycle dates, you'll likely see your first new bill sometime between October and November.

Although your bill design is changing, how your energy charges are calculated is not. We set out to make the bill more valuable to you, and that's it.
We started with the residential bill to have the greatest positive impact for our largest customer group. A redesign of the commercial bill may follow in the future.

No, you'll still receive your bill the way you do now, either by mail, or online if you are enrolled in eBill. If you haven't tried eBill yet, you can sign up anytime at DominionEnergy.com/sign-in. If you don't have an account online yet, you'll be prompted to register first.
No, any programs you're currently enrolled in will continue without interruption. You can see which programs you're enrolled in by signing into your online account.
Yes, you'll continue to receive notifications by email or text as you currently do. You can check or change your communication preferences in your online account.
Customers are on different billing cycles. As the new bill rolls out this fall, you'll likely see your first new bill sometime between October and November, depending on your billing cycle.
The redesign only affects the bill, and you can continue to use your account online or the app as you usually do.
You may not see the Comparison to Last Year graph if you are on Budget Billing or have been a Dominion Energy customer for less than 12 months.
We have partnered with a new bill printing vendor to ensure you receive your bills in the most timely and efficient manner as possible. The bill will now be sent from New Jersey instead of Georgia.
Many customers told us they prefer their bill to be on one page. To accommodate this as much as possible, the bill is now on legal size paper.
Customers told us they preferred simplified and cleaner bill details. The Non-Bypassable charges are now included in the Electricity Supply Charges. Visit DominionEnergy.com/YourBill and use our bill calculator worksheet for details on how your bill is calculated.
