The app is available for iOS and Android devices in their app stores. 
To use the mobile app, you will need a Dominion Energy online profile. 

You can use your existing online profile to manage your accounts within the app. If you do not have an existing online profile the app will guide you through steps to create one. Once you have a profile, you can continue to use the app through a quick and easy login.

South Carolina customers can create an account within the app.
Yes, if you have location services turned on. If not, you will be able to manually select your state of service.
You may receive billing and outage notifications. Additional notifications are available in certain areas.
Visit the home screen, click change state.
Yes, they will need to be added to the account or have appropriate security permission to login.
For added security, you will be logged out after 30 minutes.

Outages (VA/NC)

No. You should call 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357) to report other power issues and for all wire down reports.
No. Downed wires are dangerous and require special attention. For your safety, stay at least 30 feet away and call 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357) to speak directly with a specialist.
Your request must be reviewed before the work request can be cancelled.
Registered users can check the status for all accounts tied to their profile. Or, if you are not logged in and searching by account number or phone number, you will need to check each one separately.
