The Golden to Mars 500 kV-230 kV Electric Transmission Line Project will be filed with the Virginia State Corporation Commission later this month. As part of that regulatory filing, Dominion Energy will include the Golden to Mars 500 kV-230 kV Underground Feasibility Study. This report analyzes the feasibility of placing these electric transmission circuits underground, in the area generally northwest of Dulles International Airport in Loudoun County.

• The data center industry has grown substantially in Northern Virginia in recent years, and we've made significant investments in new infrastructure to meet the growing demand for electricity in a concentrated area.
• That growth is now accelerating by orders of magnitude, which is resulting in transmission constraints in a pocket of eastern Loudoun County that could temporarily impact new connections for high-energy use customers.
• This will not impact existing service or growth for residential, small business, national security or homeland defense customers.
• We are actively engaged with our customers and other stakeholders to develop solutions and alleviate the constraints as quickly as possible.
